Cassono 1875 uses only the finest lemons, ripened under the hot Sorrento sun. Producing an extraordinary perfume of fresh lemons, with the bitterness of the peel and a touch of sweetness.
Fresh juniper aromas are followed by a wealth of aromas, most notably lemon peel and orange zest, with other herbs adding to its complexity and persistence. The dry palate has subtle flavours reflecting the aromatics, with a smooth texture and lingering fresh juniper. This is Bruno Pilzer’s interpretation of Gin.
